Karter Beattie Wins Legend Car B-Main, Strong Millbridge Team Performances As Well
CONCORD, N.C. -- Over the past couple of weeks, Kyle Beattie Racing and SKE Chassis drivers and customers have put together another strong stretch of racing at Millbridge Speedway, collecting qualifying awards, heat race victories and feature wins across several divisions.
"Katfish" Karter Beattie continued to show his versatility away from the dirt. He won the Chargers division B Main during the Cook Out Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway, proving once again that he can get the job done on both dirt and pavement.
Karter set the fastest qualifying time in the Intermediate division at Millbridge before backing it up with a heat race victory. He finished second to Joseph Cheek in the main event, with Emily Dietrich completing the podium in third and Kylea “Speedy” Beattie finishing fifth.
Dietrich also competed in the Restricted Micro division. She qualified second, finished second in her heat, and brought home a fifth-place finish in the feature.
Trace Latour had one of the strongest performances of the stretch. He won his Beginner Box Stock heat race before completing the sweep with a victory in the main event. Kruz Horseman finished second in the heat and fourth in the feature, while Kegan Latour finished 11th.
Trace also won his heat race in the Jr. Sprint division and finished second in the feature. Kylea Beattie won her Jr. Sprint heat and finished fifth in the main event.
“Handsome” Harry Stallard picked up a Winged Micro heat race victory after qualifying 12th. Karter qualified eighth in the division and finished sixth in his heat.
Aspen Kendall finished eighth in the Cadet main event, while Rylan Hall placed seventh in his Box Stock heat and 14th in the feature.
Karter also continued to show his versatility away from the dirt. He won the Chargers division B Main during the Cook Out Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway, proving once again that he can get the job done on both dirt and pavement.
The results represent another successful stretch for the Beattie family, KBR, and SKE house car drivers, and customers competing with their own race teams and equipment.
